Deliveries & Returns


Important Update: During the Coronavirus crisis our warehouse and logistics partners ILG are operational but working on a 'best endeavours' basis. Their safety and wellbeing is a priority. During this time we will be unable to guarantee our Next Day service, but in general we are still able to ship products with the help of a range of delivery services.

During this difficult time we hope you remain safe and well.

NHS Staff

We are offering HNS staff a 25% discount across the range via a one time use, unique discount code. Please send an email requesting a code via a NHS email address to (the NHS email address will not be used for marketing purposes). You will be sent back a code to use at checkout.

All orders are subject to stock availability. The discount code can not be used in conjunction with any other discount scheme (i.e. Youth Discount, or any other codes in circulation etc). Any refunds will be made at the discounted price.

Order Processing (all orders)

In normal circumstances all orders are processed pending availability and credit card verification. Orders placed Monday to Friday before 4pm will begin processing on the same day. Orders placed after 4pm will be processed the following day. Orders placed on Friday after 5pm and through the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday - excluding public holidays, but please note that these may vary from country to country.


Our STANDARD delivery is FREE for a 48 hour Royal Mail tracked package.
Usually our NEXT DAY (including Saturday) delivery is £4.95 for a Royal Mail tracked package, but currently we are unable to guarantee this service (as noted above in Important Update).


When ordering from us you are considered the ‘importer of record’ and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

If your delivery address is outside of the United Kingdom you may be subject to local import duties and taxes, which are levied once a delivery reaches your destination country. Any such additional charges must be paid by you and are your responsibility. Customs policies and practices vary from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for information before purchasing.

If you choose to refuse your shipments, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to our UK address. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Delivery services are DPD Courier service, tracked with proof of delivery.

For the following countries: Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Germany, Monaco, Austria, Denmark, Ireland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Portugal, Poland, Hungary, Slovenia, Lithuania.
Deliveries will take between 2 and 4 days from dispatch
n.b. Portugal excludes Azores and Madeira.

Zone B £13.00

For the following countries: Italy, Spain, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Switzerland.
Deliveries will take between 3 and 6 days from dispatch.
n.b. Spain excludes Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla.

Zone C £18.00

For the following countries: Croatia, Bulgaria, Romania, Finland, Greece, Norway.
Deliveries will take between 4 and 8 days from dispatch.


Zone D £18.00

Canada, Madeira, Mexico, Puerto Rico, USA.

Zone E £22.00

Albania, Andorra, Australia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, Macau, Malaysia, Philippines, Russia, Singapore, South Africa, Taiwan, Thailand.

Zone F £30.00

All other countries not listed above.

Rest of the world could take between 3-10 days from dispatch. Deliveries to Russia can take up to 3 weeks, dependent on Russian Customs restrictions.


If you need to return something to us it must be done within 30 days of receipt of your order. Returns (or exchanges) must be made within 30 days. Products must be in their original condition, without any marks and must not have been worn. Original tags must be attached and where possible returned in original packaging.

Please follow the instructions below so that we can process your return as quickly as possible.

Refunds will be processed within 5 to 14 days of receipt, but may take up to 30 days depending on circumstances, and we will email to confirm we have processed your return.

Returns are free from the UK only, to return your package from the UK please send an email to using your order number in the subject line.

We will send you back a link to a Royal Mail returns portal where you can print a returns label. Follow the instructions below, and then take your package to any post office.

  1. Use the link we send you.
  2. Select that you are returning a box.
  3. Select ‘Yes’ that it is under 20kg.
  4. Complete your order number (you will find this on your email receipts or on paper copies with your original order).
  5. Complete your address details and click ‘Make your label’ to print your label.
  6. Take to your Post Office and please keep a proof of postage.

Original shipping charges are not refundable.

We may refuse to refund your purchase if we receive back damaged goods. We will return the damaged goods to you. Please make sure goods are securely packaged if possible in original packaging. It is the customer’s responsibility until the return reaches our warehouse.

To return your package from outside the UK please send to the address below and retain proof of postage.

If you are returning from outside the UK please clearly mark the package ‘commercial goods return’ on any documentation to avoid delays in customs. 


Same product exchange (larger / smaller size).

If you want to exchange a product for a larger or smaller size it must be done within 30 days of receipt of your order. Products must be in their original condition, without any marks and must not have been worn. Original tags must be attached and where possible returned in original packaging.

Please follow the instructions for a return as above, completing the return form slip that came with your delivery, indicating which item you want to exchange, and use the correct RETURN CODE for too big (4) or too small (5). 

Once we have received your package and processed your return, subject to our terms, we will dispatch your new order.

Postage for your original order will not be refunded but on same product exchanges we will carry the cost of the exchanged goods shipment within the UK only for a Standard 48 hr tracked delivery.

We will email you to confirm we have processed your return and when your exchange has been dispatched.

Different product exchange.

We are unable to offer different product exchanges through our returns process. If you wish to exchange in this way please follow the process above for a return and refund and repurchase the new item required from our website. 


Youth / Student / Apprentice Discount

Customers are able to benefit from a youth / student / apprentice (aged 16-26 year old) discount only if they are age verified through the Youth iD verification process.

The rate of discount may change from time to time.

Currently set at 15% the discount applies against products only and does not include discount off any shipping costs which may apply (as given in our standard terms and conditions).

Customers must follow the purchasing procedure as given by Youth iD with a unique one use only code – supplied by us through Youth iD.

The student discount can not be used in conjunction with any other .001 promotion that may be running at any time / or with any joint brand collaboration / promotion that may be running.

We are unable to enter into any correspondence regarding membership / verification or any other matters in relation to Youth Discount of Holliday Street, Birmingham, B1 1TJ.

We do not and will never share, disclose, sell, rent, or otherwise provide personal information to other companies.

This Website is supported by Shopify and they do not use the personal information we collect from our customers or will they independently contact or market to our customers.

Under new GDPR regulations on registering an account with us we will ask if you would like to OPT IN for future contact i.e. news or marketing and promotional mailings from us.

We will treat all your personal information as confidential and will only use it in accordance with our Privacy Policy. In addition, we will process information about you in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Website, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

When you shop on this Website, we will ask you to input personal details in order for us to identify you, such as your name, e-mail address, billing address, delivery address, credit card or other payment information. We confirm that this information will be held by us in accordance with the registration we have with the Data Commissioner’s Office.

From time to time selected items from our new collection may be bought in advance - pay now and we'll ship them to you as soon as the stock arrives. We'll also email you to let you know when your order is on its way.

Where applicable expected stock availability dates are shown in the detailed description of each product. Where a product states ‘available now’, it means it is in stock in our warehouse but subject to real time stock availability

Please be aware that because of the "pre-sale" nature of such transactions, there might be a delay on the actual delivery date as the stated estimated dates are only approximate and may vary, subject to transit of goods into our warehouse.
